Chemical substances in detergents may cause cracks in the surface. Immediately hand wash and dry well after use. Do not use abrasive cleansers or steel wool. Do not pour boiling water as it may cause scalds and warpage. Do not close the lid tightly when filled with hot water as the product may break due to the internal pressure. When filling with hot beverage, cool it to room temperature before closing the lid. When reinserting the filter in the jug filled with water, sink it slowly as water may overflow due to surface tension around the mesh. Do not use the product with drinks that contain citrus fruits as it may deteriorate due to terpene contained in the fruit's skin. Some products may have thin lines on the surface due to plastic manufacturing process. Close the outer lid tightly when laying the jug on its side.
