Return & Exchange Policy – KINTO Thailand

Return & Exchange Period

  • Customers may return or exchange products within 14 days of receiving the order.

  • We are unable to accept returns or exchanges after the 14-day period under any circumstances.


Product Condition Requirements

Returned items must be in original condition:

  1. In the original product packaging, with the box in good condition.

  2. Unused and undamaged.

All returned products will be inspected prior to processing an exchange or refund. If the item shows signs of use, we reserve the right to return it to the customer without replacement or refund.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Please contact us via Facebook Messenger or LINE OA

  • Items purchased on this website cannot be returned or exchanged at any consignment or retail partner locations.

Shipping Costs:

  • If  you have received the wrong item → We will cover the return shipping cost and the shipping cost for the replacement item.

  • If the exchange is due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size, different color) → The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, but the replacement will be shipped free of charge.


2. Purchases from Consignment Stores / Retail Partners

  • Please bring your purchase receipt or payment slip to the store where the purchase was made.

  • Returns and exchanges are subject to the store’s own policies.

  • Products purchased through retail partners can only be exchanged or returned at the original point of purchase.


Reasons for Return or Exchange

  1. Product with defect from manufacturing processes.

  2. Change in size, color, or product style.

Price Differences:

  • If the replacement product is higher in price → The customer must pay the difference.

  • If the replacement product is lower in price → The difference will be refunded to the customer.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Bundled/set items

  • Limited Edition products

  • Personalized/customized products


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available only for purchases made via this website: kintothailand.com

  • Refunds will be made in full through the original payment method (Bank Transfer or PayPal) after we have received and inspected the returned product.

  • If the item is not considered defective but the customer no longer wishes to keep it → We will refund the product price only (shipping fees are non-refundable).

  • If the returned product is found to have been used → No refund will be issued, and the product will be returned to the customer.
